We use Paypal as our payment gateway. This keeps everyone’s financial details safely encrypted and ensures they’re always protected. Paypal’s intelligent fraud prevention systems continuously analyse transaction data to keep you and your money safer.

If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use a valid credit card and pay using Paypal.

Shopping online is easy! Just follow these simple steps.

Step 1
Browse for our products in the Shop. For more information on any product, simply click on the image to take a closer look. On each product page you will find detailed product information, pack options, products ratings and reviews.

Step 2
If you decide to purchase an item, add the item to your Shopping Bag by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button. Look out for matching or complementary items that may be available at the bottom of each listing. Continue shopping across our store for all of the vitamins you and your family may require.

Step 3
A list of all items within your Shopping Bag will be displayed in the top right hand corner of each page. You can view the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking ‘Shopping Bag’ graphic or you can proceed to Checkout if you have added all your products.

Step 4
If you have previously registered with us you can login now so that you can track your order. New customers can ‘Checkout as a Guest’ where you will have the options of creating an account during checkout. Creating an account with SprayVit is a quick and easy process and allows you to track the progress of your orders; be the first in the know for any special offers; make a wishlist of products you love and will make future transactions smooth and seamless. Remember to make a note of your password, as you will need it to keep track of your order and to shop with us again.

Step 5
Enter your billing and delivery details; then click on ‘Next’ to pay.

Step 6
We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been despatched from our Fulfilment Centre, including your tracking details.

Sorry we do not offer Pickup at our Manufacturing facility located in Phoenix. However we include FREE postage on all orders within the U.S and strive to ensure your delivery is fast and secure.

We ship with United States Parcel Service (USPS). In the U.S and Canada, we use USPS priority Mail. International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International.

All items are trackable.

At SprayVit, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Mostly our chosen couriers do an amazing job of delivering our products quickly and safely; normally in 1-3 business days. International orders transit is normally 6-10days.

However it’s not a perfect world and stuff happens. If delivery is delayed, don’t panic, use the tracking# HERE to make an enquiry regarding transit details.

Our customer and fan base reaches across the world. Yes we deliver internationally using a secure and trackable shipping method.

Please be aware that some countries have regulations about importing products from other countries. Unfortunately we cannot offer advice on your local laws specific to your country. As an international customer (outside USA & Canada) you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be levied by the customs of your country. We cannot take responsibility for any duties or taxes that are levied, or items that are confiscated by the customs of your country.

Refund Policy

We back our products 100%. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us, so we can sort out the issue.

We offer a full refund on any products returned to us in the 90 day period. The only conditions we have on returns is that the product have at least 3/4 of the original level of liquid spray contained in the tube.

Please contact us before returning any products to receive a Return Authorisation# and use a delivery method that is trackable.

Although returns are super rare, rest assured our friendly staff are ready to assist you with any problems or questions you may have concerning SprayVit products.
